1. Who we are
CoYoTrade is operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321), registered in Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at info@leahjustyceartgallery.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide when signing up including your name, email address, phone number, business name, business registration number, insurance details and postcode. We also collect payment information processed securely through Stripe. For on-site jobs we temporarily collect GPS location data during transit to a job. We collect usage data including pages visited and actions taken on the platform.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve the CoYoTrade platform, process payments, send automated job communications, display your profile in the directory, and contact you about your account or subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. GPS and location data
GPS location data is collected from service providers only during active transit to a confirmed job and is shared with the relevant customer for that job only. Location data is not stored after the job is complete and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
5. Who we share your information with
We share your information with Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and Vercel for platform hosting. All third party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law.
6. Provider profile information
Information you include in your provider profile including your business name, service area, main service and contact details (once you are an active subscriber) is displayed publicly in the CoYoTrade directory. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
7. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we will delete your personal information within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law, such as for financial records.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights contact us at info@leahjustyceartgallery.com.
9. Cookies
CoYoTrade uses essential cookies required for the platform to function including authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on CoYoTrade servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of CoYoTrade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
