1. About CoYoTrade
CoYoTrade is operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321), registered in Australia. CoYoTrade is a global online directory connecting customers with service providers across a wide range of trades, skills and professional services. By using CoYoTrade you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use CoYoTrade
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of any business you register. CoYoTrade reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms.
3. For customers
CoYoTrade provides a directory to help customers find and contact service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by providers listed on the platform. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any provider. Payments made through CoYoTrade are held and released upon job completion.
4. For service providers
Listing on CoYoTrade is free. A subscription begins when a customer first contacts you through the platform. By listing you confirm that you hold all required licences, qualifications and insurance required to offer your services legally in your jurisdiction. CoYoTrade does not take a commission on your earnings. Your subscription fee is the only payment to CoYoTrade.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription tiers are billed monthly in USD unless a local currency price applies in your region. Your subscription begins on your first lead and renews automatically. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. CoYoTrade does not offer refunds on subscription fees except where required by law.
6. Referral program
Referral discounts of $5 per active referred member per month apply when both the referrer and the referred member complete a paid job in that calendar month. CoYoTrade reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Payments
Payments between customers and providers are processed through CoYoTrade's payment system. Funds are released to the provider upon job completion. CoYoTrade is not responsible for disputes between customers and providers regarding the quality of work. In the event of a dispute, contact us at info@leahjustyceartgallery.com and we will assist where we are able.
8. GPS and location data
For on-site local jobs, providers may share their live GPS location with the customer during transit to the job. This data is used solely for the purpose of tracking the provider's arrival and is not stored beyond the job. Location sharing is enabled only when the provider is heading to a confirmed job.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not use CoYoTrade to offer or seek illegal services, misrepresent your qualifications or identity, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent our payment system, or scrape or copy platform data. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CoYoTrade and Leah Justyce Art Gallery are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between customers and providers, service quality issues, or payment delays.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of CoYoTrade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
